Constructive Dismissal claim by Chief Executive Officer*: Bell Yard was instructed to represent the former CEO of a listed professional services company. It was one recent example of what appears to be a growing number of whistle-blowing cases, following the introduction of the Public Interest Disclosure Act in UK employment legislation in 1999.

Bell Yard was invited to manage the inevitable media interest surrounding this case. However, the case settled shortly before the trial. Bell Yard successfully positioned the resultant settlement announcement in the public domain.
